DELIVERY
We ship to most international locations. We require that all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please state your daytime delivery address and make sure someone will be able to sign for the package.
All orders are insured during transit and cannot be re-routed once shipped. If you wish to change your delivery address before dispatch, please contact us and we will help you with the arrangements. Delivery charges will be calculated based on your location. All overseas deliveries are insured and delivered by FedEx.
We make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Delivery time will depend on your shipping address/country of.
Please allow 10-15 working days for production of your Goldilocks item/s after received payment. In cases where changes are made to a mockup, the production time starts after your mockup has been approved.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS POLICIES
Rules for international shipments and custom policies vary from country to country. Therefore, you should contact your local customs office in order to be correctly informed. We have no control over these policies and cannot predict what they might be. Your respective customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc., vary from country to country and is therefore payable by the customer upon receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As all Goldilocks™ items are made to order, no returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed. You can make changes to your mockup piece, but after approval, no further changes can be made to design or choice of gold.
