HOW TO CUSTOMIZE

The products shown in this online store are a display of items that have been custom-made for customers. They are an indication, but not a confirmation of what your piece will look like.

When you have placed an order for a customized item, we will send you a picture of a mockup for approval before proceeding. At this stage, changes can be still made if required. Following approval, the production will take about 10-15 working days.

If you choose a design from Doodles & Symbols your piece will look like the pictures in their respective colours. As for names, each piece is handmade upon request, and differs from any other. For fully customized pieces, email us a description or sketch.

Delivery time will depend on your delivery address/country and shipping options. Read more about Delivery.

HOW TO ORDER

Alphabet or Names: Select a product that correlates with the number of letters that you want to make, as this determines the price. Then start customizing your piece –

1. Choose whether you want to add a Diamond

2. Write the Name you wish to make

3. Choose Rose, Yellow or White Gold. 

4. Indicate if you have any special requests for your order.

Words & Messages: If you wish to order a word or message that is already in the shop, simply Add to Cart and choose the gold colour. If you, however, wish to create your own design or message, please email us with a description and we will send you a quotation.

Doodles & Symbols: If you wish to order a Doodle that is already in the shop, simply Add to Cart and choose the gold colour. If you wish to create your own doodle, please email us with a description or sketch and we will provide you with a quotation and/or design suggestions.

*Please note that all Goldilocks™ items are made upon request, with a production time of 10-15 working days.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

Goldilocksjewellery.com offers two Payment Options. 

1. Bank Transfer – At Checkout, choose the Bank Transfer option. Take note of the account details and bring them along to your bank to make payment. Please allow 3-5 bank days for the transaction to be completed.

2. PayPal – At Checkout, choose the PayPal option. You will be transferred to the PayPal website.

a) If you already have a PayPal account, login to your account to make payment.

b) If you do not have a PayPal account, choose Continue under “Don’t Have a PayPal account” on the left. Then proceed to fill in your Credit Card Details for payment.
